Process-Route Designer & Turnkey Line Integrator
ESML does not manufacture single-process standard machines such as laser welders or leak testers. Starting from the sensor's series-production process, we design the end-to-end route from incoming parts to finished product, decide the process method, parameter windows and inspection criteria for each station, integrate best-fit standard equipment from established brands, and build in-house the line control, poka-yoke, inspection data and per-piece traceability so every station shares one cycle, parameter set and quality verdict.

Thermal staking of plastic posts to fix PCBs and housings; pulsed temperature protects adjacent components
Selective Wave Soldering
Localized soldering of through-hole parts; nozzle path, temperature and dwell set by program
Leak Testing
Differential/direct pressure or flow leak test; criteria bound to per-piece UID, mandatory for sealed sensors
